Can Tottenham Spurs rise after New Castle humiliation?

Tottenham Hotspur F.C. suffered a humiliating loss on Sunday against Newcastle, raising concerns among fans about the fate of the club this season.
Cristian Stellini’s side was welcomed with five goals in the first 21 minutes of the Sunday match at St James’ Park, causing a major shock in the Premier League and especially for fans in London.
Jacob Murphy only needed one minute to open the scoring for Newcastle. He bagged a brace eight minutes later with a 25-yard stunner just two minutes after Joelinton doubled the Magpies’ advantage. Swedish striker Alexander Isak found the net two times in less than two minutes to guide some of the humiliated Spurs fans out of the stadium.
The team’s experienced captain Hugo Lloris was forced off the pitch after the first half as he showed no sign of his good days.
Although Harry Kane pulled one back early in the second half, Callum Wilson scored in the 67th minute to give assurance to fans of the historic victory.
The defeat for the Spurs means that they will again finish behind North London rivals Arsenal this season and also that they will have a hard task ahead to finish in the top four and secure a European league spot.
After the match, Stellini accepted the responsibility of the defeat, saying, “I am the coach and I am above them, I have to protect them and they deserve my protection. Today I have to take this responsibility.”
“It went so badly because we were not prepared enough to play an important match. We have a good squad but today no-one showed how good we are. It was my responsibility to decide how we play and we decided to do it differently because of the injuries. It is my responsibility, I took it and it was wrong. I have to take responsibility because once we changed system we played better, scored and showed fight. It's very difficult to understand why the first 25 minutes were so bad.”
On Monday, English media outlets reported that the Spurs managers are considering sacking Stellini. The Italian coach took the team’s realm after Antonio Conte’s departure as head coach on March 26. Under Stellini’s guidance, Tottenham have won just one of four games since then and now the teams feel the threat of missing Champions League qualification.
The bitter defeat comes as Kane’s side is set to play two testing clashes against Manchester United and Liverpool in the two upcoming fixtures.
The circumstances have complicated the situation for those who may seek to guess the team’s fate in this season that is closely tied to the two major clashes. They can take the risk and use bids and guidelines to shape their betting efforts or maybe just pause their attempts in football and try out best real money online casino instead.
With all that said, the Spurs’ stars are not inexperienced and it seems that they can handle and go through this defeat.
This is not the first time that a top-flight team concedes a heavy defeat as Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool all have tasted the bitterness of humiliating defeats in the past few years.
The Spurs sit fifth in the Premier League with 53 points from 32 games.
